te Service Page: Content and Copy Redesign

 

Scribe Media wanted to go in a new direction with their flagship service, Elite Ghostwriting—a $135k done-for-you, ghostwriting and publishing service. After seeing the success we had in our print advertorials, we decided to lean heavily into more of an experiential and aspirational feel. The result is a page that tells a compelling story and looks exquisite.

For this project, I worked closely with cross-functional teams in design and growth generation to ensure we produced a page that facilitated conversations with the right ICP.

These image ads represent the first-ever LinkedIn image ads run by Scribe Media. I conceived, wrote, and worked with design to create the content for these. The returns were immediate. We began getting qualified leads within 10 minutes of our first ad going live.  These ads also represent Scribe Media's first attempt to speak to a particular category: Executive Coaches.

Robb Report Advertorials and Brand Ads

In my time with Scribe Media, we were the only company the Robb Report editorial team allowed to write their own ads and advertorials. This is because we spent hundreds of hours researching not only Scribe's ICP but RR's as well. This enabled us to create ads that stood out from the crowd but weren't harsh on the reader. Over 12 months these ads performed exceptionally well ($2.5M revenue) proving that print advertising is not dead. You just have to know your audience and how to grab their attention.

theChive

theChive is famous for two things: knowing its audience better than anyone else, and putting together guerilla marketing campaigns that work. Part of this strategy is including short blurbs and product copy in their picture gallery blog posts. Below you can see some variations of what these look like and some of the guerilla product placement ads I wrote. To create these I worked closely with the sales team to decipher what our partners wanted to say, how they wanted to say it, and how to best portray the product for our audience.

Bisnow

Bisnow covers commercial real estate dealings through its website and intense newsletters. The two editorial pieces below were nationally syndicated pieces for extravagant happenings in the commercial real estate sphere that would become large economic drivers for their areas.
